Business Philosophy

Delligatti Associates, LLC is a veteran-owned small business (VOSB), woman-owned small business (WOSB), and an Object Management Group (OMG) member company that delivers effective long-term project services to clients with our team of expert systems engineering, software engineering, and IT professionals. Our core competency, model-based systems engineering (MBSE) training and consulting, enables our clients to transform their engineering practice into a state-of-the-art methodology that produces systems with fewer defects at a reduced cost. Delligatti Associates provides training in modeling languages, modeling methods, and modeling tools to help clients kick-start and develop an organic MBSE capability. We also provide customized consulting services to enable clients to plan and execute an MBSE project to meet their stakeholders’ specific needs, goals, and objectives. All engineering projects aim to deliver a successful system on time and within budget. Delligatti Associates helps clients achieve that goal with highly effective engineering professionals and model-based solutions.

Natalie Delligatti, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member

Natalie Delligatti is the CEO and co-owner of Delligatti Associates. In this role, she continuously grows a team of industry-leading professionals whose number one priority is to ensure customer happiness with expert training and consulting, and outstanding customer service.

Prior to joining Delligatti Associates, Natalie had an extensive career in the field of Maintenance and Reliability Engineering in the defense and process chemical industries. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), and Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) she led multiple reliability improvement projects. Most notably, she established and led global teams in the areas of SAP Plant Maintenance and Root Cause Analysis as Maintenance Excellence Advisor, Global Process Owner for SAP Plant Maintenance, and the Global Program Champion for Root Cause Analysis with Albemarle Corporation, where she was praised by team members for her leadership, organizational skills, and expert RCA and reliability engineering knowledge.

Natalie graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science and a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University where she was a member of the Corps of Cadets and Aggie Band. She led the Naval Warfare Society as Commanding Officer and earned the award of Distinguished Naval Graduate before receiving her commission in the United States Navy. Natalie further developed her leadership skills as a division officer on two naval ships, where she earned her Surface Warfare Officer and Nuclear Engineer Officer qualifications.

Natalie lives in Pearland, Texas with her husband Lenny and their twins. In her spare time, she volunteers in support of her twins’ high school band and practices martial arts as a 2nd degree black belt.

Lenny Delligatti, Chief Operations Officer and Managing Member

Lenny Delligatti is the COO and system architect of the Delligatti Associates system, designing the company’s organizational structure and processes. He is also the creator of the company’s training courses and serves as a trainer and principal consultant on client engagements.

Prior to founding Delligatti Associates, Lenny was a U.S. Navy officer and later a senior systems and software engineer with Lockheed Martin, serving as the MBSE lead for NASA’s Mission Control Center: 21st Century (MCC-21) project at Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.

Lenny earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and his Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Denver. He holds the INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification, the OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model Builder: Advanced certification, and the OMG Certified UML Professional (OCUP): Advanced certification.

Lenny is an active member of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) and a voting member of the Object Management Group (OMG) SysML Revision Task Force (RTF). Lenny is passionate about engineering and helping engineers develop more effective ways to perform engineering. He has created and delivered hundreds of hours of classroom instruction to thousands of systems and software engineers on the topics of UML, SysML, MBSE methodology, and design principles and heuristics, enabling many to earn OMG certifications and lead MBSE efforts on their projects. He has delivered MBSE presentations at INCOSE meetings, the No Magic World Symposium, and at American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Technical Symposia at Johnson Space Center.

Pierre-Marc Guilbault, Director of Training Services

Pierre-Marc Guilbault is the director of training services of Delligatti Associates. In this role, Pierre-Marc leads all business aspects related to training services. He also serves as a principal consultant delivering training and consulting services in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), with hundreds of hours of services delivered to clients around the world. Pierre-Marc’s dedication to delivering ecstatic client experience is second to none.

Over the course of his global engineering career, Pierre-Marc has specialized in the design and integration of large, highly integrated, and complex systems with over 15 years of combined experiences earned across different organizations in the civil aircraft industry, the defense industry, and the IT industry. Prior to joining Delligatti Associates, he has worked as an engineer in numerous international projects, including the Global 7500 business civil aircraft developed by Bombardier Aerospace, the Tactical Armored Patrol Vehicle (TAPV) developed by Rheinmetall Canada, and the Mitsubishi Regional Jet (MRJ) developed by Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation. His wealth of experiences working with different cultures and environments is certainly one of his greatest assets.

Pierre-Marc holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Canada. He also holds a Master of Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Pierre-Marc is a former hockey player who evolved in the Canadian Hockey League. He has been awarded the Scholastic Player of the Year Award for demonstrating the best combination of outstanding sports and academic achievement.

Being an adept of continuous learning, he has earned several certifications over the years, including the INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), the OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model-Builder: Advanced certification, the OMG Certified UML2 Professional (OCUP2): Advanced certification, and the IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) Advanced Level Requirements Modeling – Practitioner.

Pierre-Marc now lives in Drummondville, Quebec (Canada). He speaks both French and English daily. In his spare time, he enjoys reading books and papers on various topics related to engineering, finance, and business development.

Aaron Vegh, Senior MBSE Subject Matter Expert

Aaron Vegh is a Senior MBSE SME at Delligatti Associates, assisting in training and consulting services. He is passionate about model-based systems engineering and ubiquitous SysML literacy among systems engineers.

Prior to joining Delligatti Associates, Aaron was a non-commissioned officer in the Quartermaster Corps of the US Army before pursuing an education in drafting and 3D modeling, and then engineering. Aaron was a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman, working on security systems engineering and Risk Management Framework compliance for the Joint STARS platform, Dev*Ops for the B-21 program, and model governance for the MBSE effort in a competitive capture program.

Aaron graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Florida Institute of Technology. He also received a certificate from the California Institute of Technology in Model-Based Systems Engineering. He has earned various certifications, including the INCOSE Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) certification, the OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional Model Builder: Intermediate certification, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification, CompTIA Security+, and PRINCE2 and ITIL 4 Foundation certificates.

Aaron lives in Melbourne, Florida with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, Aaron likes to play basketball and soccer and to read whatever book series his daughter is reading.

Josiah Molyneux, Senior MBSE Subject Matter Expert

Josiah Molyneux is a Senior MBSE SME at Delligatti Associates, assisting in training and consulting services. He strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction in everything he does.

 Josiah is also currently a non-commissioned officer in the United States Air Force Reserves, Civil Engineering Squadron. Prior to joining Delligatti Associates, he was a Principal Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC). While at NGC, Josiah worked as a cyber security systems engineer for the Joint STARS platform in addition to working as a project engineer and MBSE Systems Architect for the B-21 program.

Josiah holds an Associate of Science degree in Emergency Management from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Florida State University, and a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. He has received the certifications OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional Model Builder and CompTIA Security+.

Josiah lives in Florida’s Space Coast and enjoys spending his spare time reading as well as planning his next hiking and camping trips.
